Privacy policy
Driver Boost collects your name, phone number, Gmail address used for Smoothie and ShopeeFood, device details, ShopeeFood experience, and the receiving bank, account holder and account number. Your username and password create an account to track your application; passwords are stored as hashes.
We use this data to process registrations, contact you about the program, track participation and review eligible rewards. Bank details are used only to pay rewards. Internal notes and activity logs help process applications and protect the system.
Only authorized Driver Boost and Anel team members can view data needed for their work. Drivers can view only their own applications. Data is held in a managed Postgres database accessed through the server; account numbers are encrypted at rest.
You may request access, correction or deletion through Driver Boost's official contact channel. Withdrawing consent may prevent further processing of your application or pending rewards. Data is kept as long as needed for the program and related obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Never share passwords or OTPs in chat. If app permissions differ from the information provided, stop installing and ask before continuing.
